For example, if you need to set up a meeting with external users but are unsure what times work, you can use an add-in like FindTime to send a poll allowing them to vote on times that work for them. This additional functionality can save you time and back-and-forth communication when scheduling.
Third-party vendors offer these products, so they need to be assessed before being released to UT Dallas users. With the partnership of ISO, we have cultivated a list of approved add-ins. A few of the most popular add-in options include Grammarly, Mendeley Cite, and FindTime.
