The Office of Information Technology will be migrating the Atlas service, currently on the Cherwell platform, to TeamDynamix management system on December 10, 2021 beginning at 11:00 pm. With this IT Service Management tool, multiple university departments will be able to manage service requests, incidents, and inquiries from their customers, with the benefit of enhanced collaboration between those departments.
This will allow you to open and check the status of your IT tickets at atlas.utdallas.edu. The OIT knowledge base will also be located in this new portal, as will the Service Catalog. In addition, ticket notifications from the new system will come from Atlas Notify Atlas.Notify@utdallas.edu. Although you will still be able to open a ticket by emailing assist@utdallas.edu, for fastest service we recommend using the Atlas service portal to open tickets.
