Atlas Service Catalog

Our Atlas Service Catalog is a web-based user interface that faculty, students, and staff can use to submit technology help requests, report outages, request a service. 

To access the Atlas Service Catalog:

  1. Open the Service Catalog
  2. Select the category & service you are looking for
  3. Log in with your UT Dallas NetID and password
  4. Click “Get Help” or “Request Service”
  5. Complete all requested fields and submit your request. You will receive email confirmation of your request, including your Atlas ticket number.

NetID & Password
Galaxy & eLearning
  • The Galaxy Portal is the starting point for working in Orion (including Student Center, Applicant Center, and Faculty Center), PeopleSoft HR (HCM), and PeopleSoft Financials (FMS).
  • Access eLearning to view web content for courses (Note: eLearning access is only available to those enrolled in active classes at UT Dallas).
CometNet (Wi-Fi) & VPN
  • CometNet is available on the UT Dallas campus and buildings off-campus operated by UT Dallas.
  • eduroam is available on the UT Dallas campus and can be used by UT Dallas users on most other higher-education campuses around the world.
  • The VPN service is available to students, faculty, and staff to access resources only available on the UT Dallas network.
  • Office 365 is available to install Microsoft Office on up to 5 devices and to use collaboration tools from Microsoft online.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud is available to UT Dallas faculty and staff.
