OIT is aware of an issue affecting some external calls to the University to be disconnected and is working with Microsoft for a solution. Calls to our Service Desk are functioning normally. We will provide additional details as they become available.

Automation is an important part of any IT department’s mission. Ansible is a suite of software tools that allows for automation through infrastructure as code. Ansible can handle configuration management, application deployment, cloud provisioning, ad -hoc task execution, network automation, multi-node orchestration, and much more. It is designed to be extremely simple to set up, with a minimal learning curve and it allows machines to be managed quickly and in parallel.
AWX provides a web-based user interface, REST API, and task engine, built for managing and scheduling Ansible playbooks. OIT provides Ansible and AWX to streamline and enhance IT operations through automation.
