UT Dallas External Phone Calls
OIT is aware of an issue affecting some external calls to the University to be disconnected and is working with Microsoft for a solution. Calls to our Service Desk are functioning normally. We will provide additional details as they become available.
Student Computer Checkout Availability
Fall 2024 loaner requests will be accepted beginning the first day of the semester August 19, 2024, at 8:00am. Any requests placed before then will be closed. Fall semester loans are due by December 13, 2024. You must be enrolled at UT Dallas to borrow devices.
The OIT Computer Labs are also available for currently enrolled students.
UT Dallas is committed to providing a safe and healthy learning space for its students and personnel. To make the online learning experience as smooth as possible for students and teaching experience for faculty, the Office of Information Technology has a limited number of computers and webcams that can be borrowed at no cost to you.
These items can only be reserved by currently enrolled students or faculty with a current instructional assignment who do not have these devices available to use in your coursework. Should you need a computer or webcam, please complete the corresponding request form.
A member of the OIT Service Desk team will contact you to arrange pick up. Come directly to the Founders Lab located in FO1.206. Please bring your Comet Card or driver’s license/state ID.
