You asked and we delivered! After many months of negotiations, the Office of Information Technology is proud to announce its latest service: Adobe Creative Cloud (ACC) for UTD faculty and staff and ACC Site Licensing for UTD Equipment.
ACC is a cloud-based suite of programs that can be used to produce creative and innovative content. The suite includes PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Dreamweaver, Muse, Stock, and Animate.
Faculty and staff can use these programs for a variety of applications. The Adobe Creative Cloud roll out went live on November 1st. Each license can have up to 2 installations for home use. Faculty and staff who wish to access Adobe Creative Cloud can request for it from the Atlas Self-Service Portal. Simply login, then select: Service Catalog, Software Services, Site Licensed Software, Request Adobe Create Cloud. The OIT Helpdesk is ready to answer questions and assist you with requesting a ACC license.
Wait there is more! Students of UTD: the Adobe site licensing also provides Adobe software for student’s to use in public access labs. This is a tremendous opportunity to produce professional level media.
