Purpose
This article contains information on how an authorized user can log in to EZPay.
Log-in
Students
You will log in to EZPay by navigating to Bursar, selecting EZPay (Students), and using your NetID and password.
You can also navigate to that same link by selecting EZPAY - View / Pay Bills in Galaxy.
Authorized Users
If you are a parent, guardian, or third party paying on behalf of the student, then you will need to log in as an authorized user after the student has registered you as an authorized user within their EZPay account.
You will log in to EZPay by navigating to Bursar, selecting EZPay (Authorized Users), and using the email address and password that you have set up for the account.
Log-in Issues
If you face login issues and you are sure that you are entering your password correctly, first make sure that you cannot access EZPay using different browsers or devices. If you still face the issue, follow the steps mentioned below.
Students
Try resetting your password using these instructions and then try again.
Authorized Users
Try resetting your password by doing the following:
- Navigate to Bursar.
- Select EZPay (Authorized Users).
- Enter your authorized email and select Forgot Password.
- You should then receive an email with a temporary password to log in to your account.
