Check eCAT Request Status

Purpose

Reference this article to check the status of your eCAT request.

Procedures

• Enter your NetID credentials in eCAT(Campus Access Tool) and click on LOGIN .

• Under the "Status" tab, you can search for requests by a users ID (NetID or UTD ID) or by eCAT number
• If searching by eCAT request number, you must select () whether the request is a Checkout (Termination) request or an Access request.

• Once the request is opened, you can see which approvals have been completed as well as the ones that are still pending.
